Monthly Womens Temple

Where we come together in sisterhood to mirror, celebrate and empower each other. This practice is feeling rather than thinking, unraveling as you are physically held by women with depth, love and no maska.

Devotional Bodywork

Devotional bodywork is the practice of meeting the body as sacred. Touch is offered to listen, honour and tend, becoming prayer.

The body of a woman is recognised as holy ground, a natural altar, a living landscape of the Goddess. Here, hands honour, anoint and listen.

Emma’s Women’s Temple at the Hands On Retreat is a radiant, soul-nourishing sanctuary ....a place where hearts slow, stories unfurl, and sisterhood blooms like wildflowers. Emma holds the circle with tender presence, intuitive wisdom, and a warm, steady grace that makes everyone feel seen, safe, and welcomed. Her gentle rituals, playful creativity, and deep reverence for each woman’s journey invite healing, bold expression, and joyful connection. I always leave lighter, more grounded, and humming with gratitude. If your spirit aches for belonging and a sacred pause, Emma’s Women’s Temple is a luminous home for your heart.

Since reguraly attending Emmas yoga classes, I’ve noticed an increase in being able to access meditative ways of calming myself in stressful situations and now understand in practical terms the link between my state of mind and my breathing. Physically I am stronger and more flexible. My core muscles are developing and my stability has improved. I can also more easily look over my left shoulder when driving now too - a limitation I only became aware of when I could do it again! Emma’s classes are an important part of my routine to maintain my holistic wellbeing and her gentle and supportive approach creates a nourishing space to practise in.

Emma’s pregnancy yoga was such an important part of my journey to birth. The sessions helped me feel calm, strong, and really connected to my body and baby. I genuinely believe the breathing techniques and movements I learned made a huge difference on the day — my labour was quick, I didn’t need any pain medication, and I experienced minimal tearing. Emma creates such a supportive and reassuring environment, and I always left her classes feeling more confident and prepared. I’m so grateful I found her, I couldn’t recommend her pregnancy yoga enough to anyone wanting a positive and empowered birth experience.

Following an injury to my rib my chiropractor recommended I improve my breathing - something that I have never focused on. Emma suggested a series of sessions that focused on improving my breathing using various exercises and techniques.By the end of the week I was able to engage my whole rib cadge and could feel a considerable change in the movement of my ribs with each breath.

A follow up visit to the chiropractor confirmed that my ribs were indeed now moving and expanding in an effective way.

I am delighted with the improvements and focus I now have.
